For Financial Advisors
Focus on your clients. We’ll handle the rest.
Heirloom is the turnkey home for advisors who’d rather grow their book than manage a back office. We handle trading, compliance, technology, and operations — so you can do what you do best: serve clients and find new ones.
Sound Familiar?
Compensation changes you didn’t ask for
The grid moves, the payout shrinks, and the goalposts keep sliding.
A house that takes more than its share
You do the work; someone else keeps a bigger cut every year.
A walled-off product shelf
Captive agents and wirehouse advisors are often blocked from investments that aren’t paying the house — sometimes without even knowing it.
No real ownership
Your book, your clients, your notes — and yet leaving feels designed to be painful.
You already know the pattern: comp plans that change on you, the house taking more than its share, and a shrinking list of what you’re even allowed to recommend.
There’s a better way.
The Turnkey Model
Everything you need to run a best-in-class practice.
Heirloom takes over every aspect of running your book — and then some, with capabilities most firms don’t offer.
Trading & investment operations
We handle your trading daily — money in, money out, anything your clients need. You tell us how each client should be invested; we execute the rest.
Compliance & filings
We handle all your compliance and filings. No scrambling, no separate compliance bill.
Best-in-class technology
CRM, practice-management software, planning tools, tax software — the full stack.
Practice management
Standardized processes and day-to-day operations including billing, business & succession planning, and coaching.
Support staff / benefits
Access to our full benefits package, including 401k, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life, as well as the ability to leverage our support staff.
Office space
Class A office space included: a polished, professional setting your clients will notice the moment they walk in.
The Economics
Best-in-class payouts. No hidden fees.
Heirloom advisors keep more — a best-in-class all-in payout with no extra fees that scales up as your gross revenue grows. There are no add-on charges for trading, technology, or compliance: it’s all included in one transparent override.
| Annualized Gross Revenue | You Keep |
|---|---|
| Under $1.25M | 70% |
| $1.25M–$1.75M | 75% |
| $1.75M–$2.25M | 80% |
| $2.25M–$5.0M | 85% |
| $5.0M–$7.5M | 87.5% |
| $7.5M and above | 90% |
Revenue is measured as annualized gross revenue (monthly run-rate × 12). Existing advisors on a more favorable arrangement are grandfathered until the new schedule is more favorable for them.
Added Benefits
Heirloom provides best in-class investments — and we can prove it.
Most firms show hypothetical performance, or what they wish they had done. At Heirloom, we show actual, audited performance with a track record going back more than 10 years,* with risk-adjusted returns that lead their category. When you can show prospects audited, top-tier results, the conversation gets a lot easier.
No proprietary products. No one paying us to steer your clients. The full investment universe is open — including private equity and venture capital.
Ownership & Flexibility
Your book stays yours.
You keep full ownership of your book. There are no long-term contracts and nothing locking you in. If you ever decide you’re better off elsewhere, you take everything — your clients, your data, your plans, your CRM notes. The only thing keeping you here is good service and doing right by your clients.
Full ownership
Your clients and your data are yours, always.
No long-term contracts
Stay because it works, not because you’re locked in.
Max multiples when you sell
As part of a $1B+ firm, you command much larger multiples if you choose to sell or retire. We ask only for a right of first refusal — at market price.
Built Like a Family Office
A family office, scaled down to your clients.
Heirloom feels — and functions — like a family office, whether your client has $1M or $40M. The entire investment universe is open, with no proprietary products and no one telling you what you can and can’t recommend.
In-house tax, under the same roof
Integrated tax planning is one of our biggest attractors for new business. Our in-house tax practice preps and files your clients’ taxes and brings cutting-edge strategies built to attract high-net-worth clients with real tax problems — clients whose liability we can significantly reduce. Your clients meet their CPA in-house; you can include it in your service or let them engage tax separately at a discount.
Is This You?
Built for advisors ready for more.
Heirloom is the right move if you’re leaving a wirehouse, tired of comp changes and a shrinking product shelf, or you’re a captive agent who’s done being told what to sell. If your strength is finding and serving clients, there’s no better place to set up your book — and actually have a life outside of work while you grow it.
The right fit is mutual: shared goals, similar values, people we’d genuinely enjoy working with. If that’s you, let’s talk.
Let’s have the conversation.
See under the hood, meet the team, and find out exactly what moving to Heirloom looks like for your growth, your net worth, and your ownership of your book. The conversation is confidential and there’s no obligation.
