Program description

Heirloom Wealth Management, LLC (“Heirloom Wealth”) sends text messages to people who opt in on heirloomwm.com. Messages are about requests you make on our website (such as an assessment or a question): follow-ups on that request, and scheduling and reminders for appointments with an advisor.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the optional text message consent box on a form on heirloomwm.com, or the consent box in the chat window on our website, and submitting it with your mobile number. The box is never pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. The consent wording on our website forms reads:

Yes, I agree to receive text messages from Heirloom Wealth Management, LLC at the phone number provided about my request, including follow-ups and appointment scheduling and reminders. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” in reply to any message from us. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages unless you opt in again. You can also ask us to stop by calling 720-328-2877 or emailing info@heirloomwm.com.
